Visitors disembark just a half block away from the Museum on the east side of 3rd Street, between Walnut and Chestnut Streets.

The Museum does not issue refunds, however, groups that cancel two weeks prior to the visit or cancel due to inclement weather will be re-scheduled for another time. Individuals within the group who are unable to come will be issued free passes or a credit can be applied for a future booking.

Please notify the sales department at least 48 hours in advance if your group numbers change or if you must cancel your visit. Deposits will not be refunded, but may be applied towards a future visit

The Museum does not offer food to the general public, except as provided with the Museum’s Experiential Tours.
